In modern society, we are constantly on the go. We have made the world smaller and easier with technology. Everything we need and utilize can fit in our hand. With that, it should make our lives easier but in the end, it has made our lives busier. One of the side effects of a very busy active mind is anxiety, panic attacks, high blood pressure, high heart rate, dilated pupils and so much more. Since Americans energy is fueled by coffee (trillion dollar industry), it should be known that this only makes matters worse

Too often we go through life on autopilot, going through the motions and having each day pass like the one before it.
That's fine, and comfortable, until you have gone through another year without having done anything, without having really lived life.
